Southwest is an integral partner in developing Michigan's economic future.  They offer a variety of services to help businesses locate talent, such as online job advertising, talent recruitment, training support, customized assessments, resume sorting, Employer Resource Network, and job fairs.  In addition, other possible company funding assistance includes: On the Job Training Grants, Wage Reimbursement, Customized Classroom Training Grants, Worker Opportunity Tax Credit, and Skilled Trades Training Fund.

Talent Retention, Attraction and Inclusion INcentive

This is a pilot program for employees moving to Battle Creek, where qualifying employees can receive $8-12K upfront.  Eligible uses include house down payments, rent assistance or other moving expenses.
