BATTLE CREEK, MICH. – BCVision’s economic development efforts received a significant boost at a Steering Committee meeting today, with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) announcement of a $10 million investment to establish a Battle Creek Small Business Loan Fund.
