January 6, 2020 Battle Creek, Michigan – Jay Andrew Development Co. has been awarded a $250,000 grant from Battle Creek Unlimited, through the downtown Real Estate Improvement Fund, for its plans to rehabilitate 103 W Michigan Ave. The funds will go toward a phased redevelopment of the property, starting with a full roof repair.
